In February 2023 in honor of our 50th anniversary as Sister Cities, WASC and WSU produced concerts and masterclasses in both Orléans and Wichita. In honor of this historic anniversary, the concerts featured music from American and French composers. Here are the Youtube videos of the two WSU concerts featuring Vincent Mitterrand:
February 19th - Vincent performed in the Faculty Artist Chamber Music Chamber recital featuring WSU French faculty for the 2nd half. Click here for the link to this concert.
February 21st - Vincent performed the "Concerto for Trumpet" by French composer Henri Tomasi with the WSU Wind Ensemble. Click here for the link to this concert.

Upcoming WASC France Committee Events:
The Entre Nous French movie event will feature "Le Temps des Secrets"! Doors open at 2:30 PM. Please come early to secure your seat and peruse the fundraising items we have available for donation - wine by the glass, artisanal macarons (available in a pack of 2 or 4), commemorative WWII booklets, and 50th anniversary t-shirts. The movie itself is free and will be subtitled in English. After the movie, everyone is invited to join the group at Larkspur Restaurant. Meals are at individual expense.
